IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Fees mentioned above is inclusive of 18% GST.
  2. Registration for main conference is mandatory to attend workshop.
  3. Only limited numbers of slots are available on first come, first served basis.
  4. Post graduate students / Residents/Nurses: An official letter of the institution (PDF format), originally stamped and signed by the head of the department/Institute confirming this status must be submitted or uploaded during the registration process.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  1. Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  2. Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  3. It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Bank charges will be applicable as an additional
  2. Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission, Poster Presentation, Invited Faculty, Chairpersons & all Committee Members
  3. For Post Graduate registration, a bonafide certificate from the Head of the Department/Institution is mandatory
  4. Registration is non-transferable
  5. Please mention your registration number in all transactions
  6. In case of Payment Transaction Failure, the delegate will be responsible and not the organizing committee
  7. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be considered final. The organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.
  8. No Medical Insurance & Mediclaim will be provided by the conference.
  9. For legal purposes, the Jurisdiction area is in Rajkot.
  10. For spot registrations, a Delegate kit will not be provided (Subject to availability)
  11. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any change in the dates of the conference postponed/ or is held in a virtual format in virtual mode because of an act of God or unavoidable circumstances like resurgence of COVID -19 cases.
  12. Any decision regarding change, will be taken after due consultation with the Governing Body.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. Cancellation received until 30th October 2024: 20% Cancellation will be charged
  2. Cancellation received until 15th November 2024: 50% Cancellation will be charged
  3. Cancellation received on or after 16th November 2024: 100% Cancellation will be charged
  4. Request for cancellation can be made via e-mail and must be approved by the secretariat
